Drumming Meditation

Drumming meditation is an ancient approach that uses rythem to promote self healing and expression. The rythem helps disengage the brain’s awareness of outside activities and blocks their input. All while accelerating physical healing, boosting the immune system and helps in reducing tension, anxiety and stress. Drumming can induce deep relaxation, lower blood pressure, produce feelings of well-being and releasing of emotional trauma. It even promotes the production of endorphins and helps to control pain.
