Hatha Yoga Flow
The chicken soup of yoga that gets back to the basics. It is more chill than vinyasa but more active than Yin, the perfect pace. Move through a sequence of poses and bring movement to your day while getting out of your head and enjoying the moment that surrounds you. Questions and discussion are welcome. Join us!
Vinyasa yoga is traditional style practice that pairs breath and movement. In class you will seamlessly connect postures (asanas) with your breath in creative and dynamic sequences. As your breath guides you through the asanas, you will connect with your body, release tension and disconnect from the mind. All levels welcome!
This late evening vinyasa style class is a great way to end the day. We dim the lights, turn on the candles and fairy lights for a lovely gentle yoga flow experience. We should probably just name it Euphoria Yoga.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with seated postures that are held for longer periods of time than a traditional vinyasa class. Yin is a great class for beginners, as postures can be held from one to four minutes. Yin can also be a meditative yoga practice that helps you find inner peace. The classes are relaxed, as you let gravity do most of the work.
Reiki Restorative Yoga
Reiki Restorative Yoga is a deeply meditative and restful practice where supported variations of yin yoga posture(asanas) are used to allow participants to receive group and private hands on energy work while allowing the body to release stress and tension. The instructors offer a warm gentle touch, or Reiki, to assist in deep relaxation that promotes the body’s natural healing abilities.
Calm Down Kids Yoga

Buti is an empowerment movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asanas with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts and deep core conditioning to release trauma stored at the cellular level. This is a workout that will transform your body and soul.
