I am relatively new to the world of yoga and holistic wellness, but I am a person who goes all in or not at all. I put my heart and soul into whatever I do.

I graduated from the University of Mary, in three years, with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration.

I love dogs, singing in the car, and anything marketing/psychology related. Think “why do we do what we do?” but in marketing terms. “Why do we buy what we buy?”
