Yin + Core Pop-Up Class

Yin + Core blends the deep, restorative stillness of Yin yoga with targeted core-strengthening movements. Long-held Yin poses release tension, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system, while mindful core work builds stability, strength, and support for your practice on and off the mat. This class offers the perfect balance of softness and strength.
New Years Movement & Mindfulness Event

Join Tiffany, Lindsey, Keri and Kloe in movement and manifestations celebrating the New Year. Lindsey kicks off the class with Slow Flow Yoga, followed by Sound Bath Meditation with Keri and Tiffany and Kloe closes class with the best part… VISION BOARDING! This is your time to shine as you manifest your wildest dreams for 2026. Come for the entire class or join just a part of it.

Slow Flow Yoga:
A low impact yoga class that helps you get into shape gradually. This class is a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga class where you will warm up the muscles and joints.
 
Sound Bath Meditation:
A sound bath meditation class aims to guide you into a deep meditative state through a mixture of sound and guided meditation. The guided meditation brings your focus back to the breath, a mantra, an emotion, or a part of the body. While the sound helps slow down the brain waves and brings awareness to the present moment.
 
Vision Boarding:
Create your very own vision board planning your future and what you want to see come to fruition for 2026.. Supplies will be provided but please feel free to bring your own supplies to build the perfect vision board for your future. 
Yoga + Ballet Pop-Up Class

Yoga + Ballet is a flowy, creative class with a mix of yoga poses, ballet poses, and a fun playlist.This class works on precise movement, coordination and balance while also stretching and building muscle.
 
Beginners welcome. This class is all about fun!

Sounds of Himalaya: Meditative Music w/ ShaamaahS – FREE Event

Step into a space of calm, stillness, and quiet discovery. ShaamaahS offers an immersive sound experience unlike a traditional concert—one designed to slow the breath, soften the mind, and invite deep listening.
Blending ancient vocal techniques, the music unfolds gradually, surrounding the listener in waves of sound. There is nothing to do, nothing to follow—only the invitation to be present and let the vibrations guide you inward.
This is music for those seeking peace, restoration, and a moment outside of everyday noise. Come curious. Come open. Experience what unfolds through listening.
