Yin + Core Pop-Up Class

Yin + Core blends the deep, restorative stillness of Yin yoga with targeted core-strengthening movements. Long-held Yin poses release tension, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system, while mindful core work builds stability, strength, and support for your practice on and off the mat. This class offers the perfect balance of softness and strength.
Reiki Restorative Yoga Pop-Up Class

Reiki Restorative Yoga is a deeply meditative and restful practice where supported variations of yin yoga posture(asanas) are used to allow participants to receive group and private hands on energy work while allowing the body to release stress and tension. The instructors offer a warm gentle touch, or Reiki, to assist in deep relaxation that promotes the body’s natural healing abilities. All levels welcome!
Yoga + Ballet Pop-Up Class

Yoga + Ballet is a flowy, creative class with a mix of yoga poses, ballet poses, and a fun playlist.This class works on precise movement, coordination and balance while also stretching and building muscle.
