It’s performed on a mat on the floor, and the client stays fully clothed in comfortable attire. No oils, no effort—just deep, healing support.

But it’s more than stretching. Thai Yoga also includes rhythmic compression, acupressure, and energy line work (called Sen lines in Thai tradition), all intended to open the body, release tension, and stimulate life-force energy.
